  1. You complete a questionnaire or call to discuss goals, fitness level, and limitations. Some coaches ask for movement videos.

  2. Customized Program

    Your coach creates a workout plan based on your goals, equipment, and schedule—delivered through our app with video demonstrations

  3. Ongoing Support

    Includes weekly/daily check-ins, messaging, form feedback, and progress tracking. Adjustments are updated regularly based on your feedback and progress
